BLAST OFF! - Our trip to the national space centre.

Year 5 and year 6 set out on a mission to find out all they could about space! the visited the National Space Centre to inspire their learning for this term and everyone has a blast.

The children loved exploring the universe, the solar system, sopace travel and space oddities in the interactive gallerys; having their very own tour of the night sky in the Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium  and climbing the 144steps to the top of the rocket tower. 

We had great fun launching our learing for this term and can't wait to find out more!
